In the traditional spirit of sharing and passing on the martial arts, our membership and group training is currently offered at no cost. In exchange for this generous offer, we ask all members to abide by our membership rules and use approved equipment.
PRIVATE & GROUP INSTRUCTION

Per Half Hour Per Person Private Instruction
In addition to our membership scheduled training hours, we offer private and group private instruction to our members. Instruction is completely optional.
